Exe file is not opening while running as admin?

Is anyone aware of the steps to follow if javaw.exe file is not opening while running as admin ?

Note : This file is placed inside C:Program FilesJavajdk1.8.0_331bin

I have already set the path for JDK as mentioned above in system variables ( Environment Variables) under JAVA_HOME.

Let me know what fix is needed to run that file .
