I need to implement a small file handing sample project and for that need to use a file within my project itself.
For this previously I have attempted the approach of putting the file in a package but it is not working since in eclipse it sometimes shows up this error where it says that “file is duplicate of another file and so is not exported in the jar” even though there is no such duplicate file. It is simply a JSON file which has simple data nothing complex or too nested.
Now, to fix this I figured out a way to place file in one of the source folders and I tried it also it could work for reading the file but I couldn’t figure out a way to write the file.
So, can anyone of you help me in understanding how to write a file placed in a source folder in our java project ?
It is a simple command line app nothing complex like a GUI app.
